EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

HIT THE LIP offers a returns and refunds service.

Within 14 consecutive days of receiving your purchase, you can exchange/return the item through the website or at authorized stores. During this 14-day period, you can exchange for any other item from our online store or request a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Before proceeding with the return, please ensure that:

  • Items must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • Returns are voided in case of damage, washing, use, or any similar reason that hinders the future sale of the item.
  • You must return the item along with the invoice and tags.
  • Refunds are voided if the item’s invoice is missing.
  • Store credit has a validity period of 3 months.
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • The above conditions must be followed for HIT THE LIP to assess the refund.

Exchanges/returns can be sent by mail to our headquarters. The transportation expenses for exchanges/returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that all shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.

Tips for an efficient return:

  • Items should be returned without having been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Use the same packaging in which you received the items to ship the return to our facilities.
  • The returned items must be accompanied by the duplicate of the invoice/receipt you received with your order.

If the return is made via a carrier or postal service, the refund or issuance of a voucher will be processed after the received items are evaluated by the Quality Department.

If you choose a refund in cash, after receiving the item and your NIB or IBAN information, the transfer will be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of processing your return.

These conditions do not prejudice any consumer rights resulting directly from the law.
